Dr. Andy is hosting a contest for his patients this summer called Doc On A Stick once again! It’s super fun and easy – and we bet it’ll make you laugh.
Take Dr. Andy’s Head with You
This summer, take Dr. Andy’s head on your adventures – that is, take a cutout of Dr. Andy’s head mounted to a stick, find an interesting location, and snap a photo! Next, post the photo on Facebook and tag Dr. Andy using @skorosmiles.
Our team will select 3 winning photos in 3 categories:
- Most Creative
- Funniest
- Farthest Away from Parma
Our lucky winners will receive:
- $50 Amazon Gift Card for each category winner
- $25 Amazon Gift Card for second place in each category
Contest Details
Our 2023 contest starts June 1 and ends on Labor Day. You may enter daily. Kids can enter too and will be awarded 5 smile rewards points for entering! Parents, if your child does not have a Facebook page you can enter a photo on their behalf. Just add their name to the post and we’ll know who gets the points!
Winners will be contacted and announced on Facebook.
What to Do
Get a Dr. Andy cutout from our office when you visit us for your appointment (or just stop in and grab one). If you would like us to mail you a cutout, please call our office at (440) 842-8015 or send us an online message. Don’t forget to include contact information and an address, so that we know where to send it.
How to Win
You have 3 chances to win! We’ll select 1 photo each of the following 3 categories:
- Most Creative
- Funniest
- Farthest Away from Parma
The winner must:
- Take a photo that includes the Dr. Andy cutout on a stick (Dr. Andy will provide these)
- Post the photo of the cutout on your Facebook page, and tag Dr. Andy @skorosmiles (so that we know you’ve posted a photo).
- If you want to try to win “Farthest Away from Parma” be sure to include your location.
We’ll share your photo on Dr. Andy’s Facebook page, too!
